Terms and Conditions

  1. Agency service charge One-time fees is for one month (1-month) salary offered to candidate (full time or 24 hours)
  2. For a broad position, the service charge or fee is the one-month (1-month) salary offered to the candidate at the time of joining.
  3. Once the candidate joins, the payment will be made immediately. The candidate should be paid according to his or her working days.
  4. If the candidate leaves the job within 11 months, the company will provide a free replacement within that period. Candidate replacement facility is of (3 times) in months. Before replacement, first inform within 15 days. But if for any reason the client wants to cancel the contract, no refund will be made; service charges are non-refundable.
  5. The company is not going to bear any responsibility for any kind of theft or loss of property done by the employee. The client should check their belongings before and after leaving the premises.
  6. The company will not bear any risk or responsibility for any accident, sexual harassment, or abuse caused by the client or a relative with the employee during the full period of employment.
  7. Please note: We strongly suggest that the client do police verification of the candidates. This ensures that the candidate is free of any criminal charges. At any given point of time, if there is any crime done by the candidate (civil or criminal), Book My Maids or Staff will not be responsible for the same.
  8. While every endeavor is made by Book My Maids to introduce satisfactory candidates to the client, It is the responsibility of the client to satisfy themselves of the suitability of an applicant before hiring them. If required, the client may arrange a medical examination of the candidate prior to hiring them.
  9. Police verification and medical expenses will be paid by client if agency does it on their behalf
  10. In case the candidate is absent because he or she is unwell or has a family emergency, no replacement will be given if the candidate promises to join back as soon as he or she is healthy and fit for work. In case the candidate does not he join back within 10 days, you can ask us for replacement.
  11. Renewal  charges applicable compulsory pay after 11 months, if you will not renew than we are not responsible for the candidate.
